Over Seeding

Over seeding is a great way to fill in bare and or thin areas in your lawn or to introduce newer cultivars. To receive the most benefit from over seeding, a good seed bed must be created. Prior to over seeding, we usually power core aerate the lawn in order to allow for good seed to soil contact. We use high quality endophite enhanced seed that offers both disease and insect resistance. The ideal over seeding window is very short so we will analyze your lawns needs early in the season and plan accordingly.
